Refund policy

 

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

To complete your return, please let us know at hey@affairstudios.com and please send us the receipt or a proof of purchase. A photograph could be required to support any claims of damaged items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@affairstudios.com. A photograph could be required to support any claims of damaged items.

4. Indemnity:

• By purchasing our products, customers agree to indemnify and hold Affair Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the transfer of colour to other items.

5. Return and Exchange Policy:

• Our return and exchange policy does not cover issues related to colour transfer unless the product is defective in material or workmanship. Customers are encouraged to review the policy details prior to making a purchase.
